About the Role We are seeking a Senior Director, Head of Performance Marketing, Agentic / AI-First to build and scale Paid Media at ZoomInfo. This leader will take our strong B2B foundation and elevate it with a consumer-grade growth mindset inclusive of rapid experimentation, creative rigor, audience-first activation, and operational excellence. This is a builder role. You will establish the operating system for how paid channels run, drive significantly higher testing velocity, and transform how we execute performance marketing in a modern, iterative, high-output way.
